hello ppl!
if you've not heard, gb got 1st for fancy drill and 2nd for format drill! woo!:D
lol. super happy i tell you.
to be able to be on par with sjab is such an honour. :D

format drills was a disaster.
the first command, ka-kana pu-singh, i did ka-kanan lurus.
and when i realised it, i just turned back to the correct position.
second thing. during the front part's hentak, i stepped on my shoelace and it fell off.
and to think that i actually retied my shoelace before the drill comp. -.-
but i still continued executing the commands acting confident.
lol.
third thing, hormat ka-kiri i go and hormat ka-kanan.
but actually its supposed to be pandang ka-kiri.
that's the 4th mistake. ( wrong command + wrong execution)
at that time everyone was like, oh shit.
and i said, nvm nvm and we continued.
im glad that we didnt anticipated commands when jasmine took more time to give us the command.
and also thanks to quila's smart timing that make our execution so smoothly.
when we finally ended, the first thing i said was, f***.
lol. i thought we screwed.
but everyone still cheered very loudly for us. :D
after format, many of us cried.
but of course not me.
haha. since we'd been to national drill comp.
so this is like chicken feet for us. xD
but jasmine cried too.
cos she gave wrong command and she think its her fault.
lol. like also nvm, do wrong wrong lor.
that was what kw and i thought. haha. like so bochap. :x
after this 'blow', we decided to do our best for fancy drills.
and it turns out that our fancy drills was almost perfect!
woo!
im so glad that i didnt make the same mistakes. :DD
hahaha.
when we make the smiley face that time ppl upstairs were like, hey! smiley face!
lol. glad that they could actually make out what it was.:D
and i think the whole fancy drills was like so fast lah.
like, so fast ended le.
anw, after that, we were very high and went to watch other UG's fancy drills.
it was our first time watching NCC, NP and BB's full fancy drill.
and i think NCC's one exceeded our expectation.
then like other UG's choice of song like dont really match.
i think if NCC or NP did silent drill, it would have been much nicer.
anw, after sjab, it was prize presentation.
we were all expecting bronze or soomething.
then they announced that the third was NP.
and i was quite happy cos i thought that we have chance to get silver.
and just as i expected, GB got silver!
hahaha.
then after that fancy drill.
when they announced sjab 2nd, i was so damn happy lah.
haha. xD
but the best commander was sorta unexpected.
lol. but heard that it had been the tradition that best commmander had always been BB.

and yea. that's the end of the drill comp.
but the end marks the beginning as we're gg to prepare for national drill comp soon for next yr.
but still, we have to get over with EOY first.
